Here’s how to create a weekly planning ritual in just 15 minutes:
1. Use a Weekly Planner Template

2. Do a Sunday or Monday Review
Block 15–20 minutes to check in: What are your top 3 priorities this week? Any deadlines or meetings? Write them down on your planner.
