The plannerβs original layout, sections, text and hyperlink structure are fixed and cannot be redesigned or edited in Adobe. No Adobe subscription is required to use the planner.

Yes. AI is completely optional, and PlanPro does not collect, store or automatically send any student information to AI tools or third parties. If you choose to use an AI prompt, leave out names and identifying details and use placeholders such as [Student Name] instead. Once your draft is generated, simply add the real information directly to your planner, email or final document. Nothing from your planner is automatically shared with an AI tool. You decide what to use and what information to provide. Always follow your school or districtβs privacy and AI policies.
