Digital Products

All products sold by PlanPro Templates are digital products delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been delivered or access has been provided.

Refund Eligibility

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Purchasing a product that is incompatible with a device or application not listed as supported

  • Not reading the product description before purchase

  • Failure to use the product as intended after delivery

Purchased the Wrong Product?

If you accidentally purchase the wrong planner, bundle, calendar version, or device version, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, we will provide access to the correct product. Any applicable price difference may need to be paid before access is granted.

Download or Access Issues

If you experience any issues downloading, accessing, or importing your files, please contact our support team.

We are happy to assist with installation, access, and technical troubleshooting. Download or access issues do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, you are entitled to a refund for the duplicate purchase.

Refunds for verified duplicate purchases are typically processed within 5 business days of approval.

Technical Issues

If you receive a corrupted file, an incorrect file, or experience a technical issue caused by our systems, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If we are unable to provide the purchased product or resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued.

Device Compatibility

Our products are designed for the devices, operating systems, and applications listed on each product page.

Refunds will not be issued because a customer purchased a product that is incompatible with their device, software, or workflow when compatibility information was clearly provided before purchase.

European Economic Area (EEA) Customers

All products sold by PlanPro Templates are digital products delivered electronically immediately after purchase.

By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content.

Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied electronically once performance has begun with the customer's prior express consent and acknowledgement.

By purchasing and accessing our digital products, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately and that your right of withdrawal is waived once access to the digital content has been provided.

Accordingly, digital product purchases are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund after delivery, except where required by applicable law.
