How to Use the Planning Labels

The planning labels are provided as individual PNG files with transparent backgrounds.

GoodNotes

  1. Open your planner in GoodNotes
  2. Tap the Image tool
  3. Select a planning label PNG from your device
  4. Resize and place it anywhere in your planner
  5. Copy & paste your favourite labels to reuse them faster

You can also save them as Elements inside GoodNotes for quicker access.

Notability

  1. Open your planner in Notability
  2. Tap the Media/Image tool
  3. Import a planning label PNG
  4. Resize and position it inside your planner pages

The transparent background allows the labels to blend naturally into your layouts.

How to Import the Planner Files

iPad Users

  1. Download the ZIP file
  2. Open the Files app
  3. Tap the ZIP file once to unzip it
  4. Open GoodNotes or Notability
  5. Import the PDF planners you want to use

How Hyperlinks Work

The planner PDFs are fully hyperlinked for easier navigation.

To use hyperlinks correctly:

  • Switch into Read/View mode inside your app
  • Tap tabs, buttons or sections with your finger
  • Hyperlinks only work inside the PDF files themselves

If you are currently writing with the Apple Pencil, hyperlinks may not activate until you exit editing mode.
